Meet Julia "Jules" Geer, MS, C-IAYT, AHC, MMT, the passionate mind behind Wellness Jules. It was an encounter with yoga during college athletics recovery that sparked Jules's journey into Eastern health and wellbeing systems. Inspired by the positive impact of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness on her mental and emotional health. Jules pursued a Master's in Psychology and extensive postgraduate education in the neuroscience of self-regulation, emotional balance, and human performance.
Jules has an extensive background in leading teams in various technology companies and now, as a board-certified Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Jules is committed to sharing her expertise with both teens and adults. Her focus lies in supporting those experiencing symptoms associated with PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout and chronic pain. Through personalized online sessions, Jules empowers her clients to find ease, strength, and balance, using a unique blend of Eastern and Western practices.
